The Technical Services and Support Technician is primarily responsible for providing initial customer support as well as computer hardware and software troubleshooting assistance to resellers and end users to resolve any issues they may have with products to ensure an excellent standard of service and customer satisfaction is maintained. In this role you will gather the client’s information to determine the best resolution in a timely and friendly manner. The ideal candidate must be ambitious, self-sufficient and have a certain degree of creativity to succeed in this role.
