Now Micro to Present at the Minnesota System Center User Group Meeting

The Minnesota System Center User Group holds monthly meetings at Microsoft’s Edina headquarters to discuss various issues and strategies surrounding Microsoft’s System Center suite of products. Past speakers have included Microsoft MVPs, Microsoft Program Managers, MNSCUG members and vendors.

At the MNSCUG meeting on September 19, Nash will be discussing System Center Service Manager basics, including incidents and service requests. He will also explain the importance of using the self-service portal and automating as much work as possible. Many organizations own most of the licensing they need for System Center Service Manager through their Enterprise Agreement, partnering with a company like Now Micro can help these companies get started using System Center to its full potential.
