Account Executive – OEM/Vertical Markets

Summary:

The Account Executive position will work with sales and operations to development new clients and maintain relationships with current customers. The AE will be part of an experienced team of dedicated sales professionals and partners that include Microsoft and Intel. This position would be working in our OEM and Vertical Markets division which manufacturers and implements purpose-built computers for a variety of vertical markets that include digital signage, kiosks, point-of-sale (POS), and video surveillance.

Primary Responsibilities and Required Skills:
  • Act as a self-starter who is able to work independently with an outgoing, enthusiastic, detail-oriented personality.
  • Provide ongoing consultation to clients regarding the purchase of hardware and software solutions and professional services offerings.
  • Prospect and develop new customer relationships in a specific vertical market.
  • Maintain and discover new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Report and manage monthly appointment activity and sales calls.
  • Engage in opportunities with our existing vendor/distribution channel partners to ensure best value, pricing, and support for customers.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and operational groups to ensure customer engagements are deployed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and develop proficiencies with new technologies and products.
  • Engage and consult with customers at the executive level.
  • Strategically work with and leverage existing business partners in new opportunities.
  • Light travel may be required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Four-year college degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of progressive outside business to business sales experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience in computer hardware, software, or IT professional services sales preferred, but not required
  • Experience in the digital signage or kiosk industries

Systems Consultant - SCCM

Summary:

The Systems Consultant-SCCM is responsible for providing leadership and delivery of project based assignments that encompass system architecture, proof-of-concept and deployment services for an Enterprise Class solutions as well as work with client companies in the installation, implementation and support of network infrastructures dealing with new and existing technologies. Troubleshooting and communication skills are extremely important, as you must effectively communicate problems and resolutions to clients.

Primary Responsibilities and Required Skills:
  • Troubleshoot potential needs and issues of customers/clients and communicate plans for resolution/implementation.
  • Conduct on-site and remote operations, create documentation and provide knowledge transfer for projects.
  • Maintain excellent communication with the team and other project managers on implementations and resolutions.
  • SCCM 2012 deployment and infrastructure knowledge including troubleshooting, design, and implementation experience.
  • Working knowledge of App-V and integration with SCCM.
  • Working knowledge of application packaging and deployment for use with SCCM.
  • Working knowledge and troubleshooting skills around Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and other Active Directory components.
  • Server experience with – HP, Dell, IBM, and Blade Centers, including virtualization.
  • Available for after hour and weekend support as needed.
  • Ability to travel in state and out of state 30% of time.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate advanced technical knowledge and ability to research and troubleshoot quickly.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management coordination.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certifications: MCTS, MCITP, MCSE
  • Bachelors’ degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Prior Scripting knowledge
  • Previous experience with SharePoint

Warehouse Production Associate

Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse – Production Associate that will be responsible for several various tasks within our Warehouse and Production areas. This position will receive inventory, both electronically and physically, store and distribute products within the warehouse, always ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions. This position will be full time Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble orders from inventory and place/package for shipping.
  • Receive inventory and post electronically to inventory systems.
  • Review inventory and record any discrepancies.
  • Assembly of products from components.
  • Testing to ensure product meets requirements.
  • Assist with on-site product deliveries and installations as needed.
  • Miscellaneous Warehouse and Production duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years in a warehouse of production environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to have high attention to detail.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, push, stoop and kneel regularly.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
